Scott Sterns practised Labour and Employment law for 32 years, prior to becoming a full time Arbitrator and Mediator. He was recognized by “Best Lawyers” in the Labour and Employment field, every year from 2006 to 2021, and by “Lexpert” as recommended counsel.
Scott has sat as an Arbitrator, and advocated before administrative tribunals, on all sides, for Unions, Employers and individuals, in over 300 hearings. His goal is a fair and just outcome for all parties. Scott is on the Minister’s List of Arbitrators and is regularly selected to hear Arbitrations under the Trade Union Act and the Canada Labour Code.
